If you receive an item that you are not 100% happy with, you have a choice of returning it for an exchange to another product or for a complete refund. If you choose to get a refund you have to send the product back within 15 days of receiving your order. You will be refunded 100% of the product cost but we will not credit you the shipping charge (usually €6.3 - €10.8). NOTE: We will not accept returns on items that you broke or on custom made items including Grillz. Refunds will only be given if it's a manufacturer's defect and not a result of wear an tear. All refund claims will be investigated.
