Important: Remember it takes 24 to 48 hours to process your order before it ships out, so Regular Shipping means you will get it between 6 to 8 business days. Or you can upgrade your shipping to Priority and get it between 4 to 6 days business days.

We accept all major credit cards (we ship to your billing address only), paypal, money orders, checks, cash and even western union money transfers. IMPORTANT: CHECKS WILL BE HELD FOR 20 BUSINESS DAYS UNTILL THEY CLEAR.

3. How fast can I expect my order to arrive and how do you ship?
Most orders are in stock and will ship out within 48 business hours after you place your order. After it ships out you should receive it within 3-5 days. This is the fastest shipping comparing to any other hip hop jewelry and clothing site. We use UPS, Fed Ex and USPS to ship out packages depending on your location. All orders are insured against breakage and loss.

4. What is your privacy policy?
At Icedoutgear we respect your privacy 100% and we will not give out any of your information to third parties who are not associated with our company. We may once in a while send you emails from our partners, but if you choose not to have that sent to you we will respect that.

5. What is your refund and exchange policy?
Your satisfaction is VERY important to us! That is why we offer a 15 day refund policy and a 30 day exchange policy. If you receive an item that you are not 100% happy with, you have a choice of returning it for an exchange to another product . You may also get a refund, but we will not credit you the shipping charge (usually $7 - $12). If you require a refund please note that orders paid for with a credit card will be issued a refund on the original card. If you paid by check, money order, western union, Amazon, or PayPal you will be issued a refund by check. NOTE: We will not refund custom products unless there was a mistake made in customization. Refunds will only be given if it's a manufacturer's defect and not a result of wear an tear. All refund claims will be investigated.

6. I want to ship this package to a friend, how can I do that?
For your protection we will only ship to your billing address where you receive your credit card statement or bank statement. If you would like to have an order sent to a diffirent address you will need to pay through money order, check or cash. Click here for our mail order form.
