Making the Grillz fit- takes 5 - 8 minutes
Make sure an adult is present during this process.
if you make an error you can always re mould so don't worry.
Step 1- wash your hands - take out the white plastic strip.
step 2 - Heat up water 2 minutes in the microwave.
step 3- put clear plastic strip into hot water .( be careful not to burn yourself)
step 4- wait for the plastic strip to turn clear
step 5- drain all the hot water out of the bowl leaving only clear strip
step 6-carefully remove the strip out of the bowl and form the strip into the shape of the grill
it will become soft and will feel like play-dough
step 7- take the now soft strip and press it firmly into
the back ( into the holes of the) of the grill step 8- take the grill with and start pressing gently against your teeth and slowly biting to set the mould around your teeth. ( you have about 3 minutes until the mould gets hard)
step 9- make sure the grill is centered and is exactly how you want it.
step 10- hold the grill in your mouth until hard ( 2-3 minutes)
step 11- run cold water over the grill and put back in your mouth to make sure that the grill fits perfectly
step 12- cut off all access molding with shar"
